Ingredients
2 lbs. lean ground beef1/3 cup Liquid Aminos2 tsp salt1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp ginger3/4 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp ground pepper1 tsp smoked paprika
Directions
Mix all ingredients well with *hands, really making sure you have worked the meat.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but can go as long as you want.

Place parchment sheet on the counter place the meat in a ball and flatten out with your hands. Place another sheet on top and roll the meat out until it is 1/8" thick. Use a pizza cutter and cut the meat into 2-3" strips. Place these on a couple of parchment lined baking sheets, leaving space between strips.

Put these into a pre-heated 200° oven. Place a wooden spoon in the door to keep it open and cook until the meat is thoroughly dried. This could be anywhere from 4-6 hours.

If you have a convection oven use it, it will keep the air flowing which is what you really need if you are not using a food dehydrator.
