17 Day Diet, Cycle 1: Marinated Salmon

Ingredients
2 Cloves Garlic, minced1-2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Tbsp Lemon Juice1 Tbsp Parsley1 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Oregano1/2 tsp Thyme1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper4 Fillets of Salmon (approx. 5oz each)
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley. Place salmon fillets in a ziploc bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.

2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

3. Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade, and seal. Place sealed salmon in the glass dish and bake 35 to 45 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork.
