Ingredients
6 tart baking apples, peeled & sliced2 Tbsp coconut oil1 Tsp cinnamon (to taste)1/2 tsp cloves (to taste)1/4 tsp nutmeg (to taste)2 scoops body by vi protein powder2-3 Tbsp water1/2 c. body by vi protein powder1/2 c. dry Quaker oats1/2 c. pecans, chopped2 Tbsp butter1 tsp cinnamon (to taste)greek yogurt for topping (optional)
Directions
Heat coconut oil in skillet; add apples, sprinkle with spices and cook till slightly soft. Remove from heat; stir in water and 2 scoops vi powder to make syrup.
Pour into bottom of sprayed 2 qt casserole dish.
Hand-mix remaining ingredients to course crumbly texture; sprinkle over top of apples. Bake at 375 degrees 20 - 25 minutes.
Top with greek yogurt if desired.
