chicken and biscuits

Ingredients
2 tblsp. margarine1 medium onion, chopped1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/4 cup chopped red pepper1 cup sliced mushrooms3 oz. white winesalt, pepper, thyme to taste1 can mushroom soup1/2 cup milk8 oz. cooked chicken, shredded
Directions
melt margarine in large nonstick pan. add onion, both peppers, and mushrooms and cook until onion turns translucent. Add salt, pepper, and thyme. Pour in wine; bring to boil and cook until wine is reduced by half. Stir in 1 can mushroom soup and the milk. Heat until bubbly; add chicken and heat through completely. Serve over biscuits.
