Baby SpinachSalad Greens- baby greens, 50/50 mix- no icebergBell peppers= green, red, yellow and orange, chopped into bits. I usually use about 1/4 pepper per cup of spinachCucumber- peeled and cutOne apple- my preference is Gala or Fuji- just enough sweet to offset the peppers but not too sweetGrape tomatoes- about 12 per 1 cup spinachI used to use cheese crumbles before I discovered I'm lactose intolerant. If you can have Feta or Bleu cheese crumbles, it is TOTALLY worth it.I think this salad is the perfect blend of flavors I like, I never even WANT salad dressing. Yum.
