Chocolate Chocolate chip Muffins

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Cake mix (enough for three batches of muffins): 6 C Whole Wheat Pastry flour3 1/2 C sugar1 C Splenda3 3/4 t baking soda1 C Powdered Milk1 1/2 C cocoa3 t salt.To make muffins:1 Bag of Whole Wheat cake mix1 15 oz can pumpkin2/3 C water1/4 C Canola oil1 C chocolate chips
Directions
Combine the ingredients for the mix and set aside into three resealable bags with 4 C of the mix in each bag.

Preheat oven to 350. Blend the oil, water, and pumpkin together. Add the mix. If too thick, add a tiny bit more water. Stir in chocolate chips and separate into muffin tins. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Makes approximately 16 muffins when using a 1/4 C scoop to dispense.
