Oatmeal Banana Muffins

Ingredients
Flour white, 1 cupOatmeal (plain) 1 cup dryFlax Seed Meal (ground flax) 6 tbspGranulated Sugar 1/2cupEgg 2 largeMilk 1/2cupbanana 1 cup mashedBaking Soda, 1 tspBaking powder 1 tspApplesauce, unsweetened 1/2 cupSemisweet chocolate, 2 oz (optional)
Directions
Mesure all the dry ingredants in a bowl, mix in the wet ingredients together and add to dry mix intill just combined. Portion into muffin cups use a muffin liner or grease the tin.
Bake at 350
