2 cups rolled oats1/4 c Carob powder1/4 c raw shredded coconut3 bananas (mashed with fork)6oz snack size apple sauce2 tsp cinnimon1/4 c flax seeds.1/4 cup prunes (cut up to the size of a raison)1/4 cup chopped almonds
Directions
8 x 8 pan, 350 degrees for 30 mins! let cool..cut into 16 peices!
