Italian stuffed spaghetti squash

Ingredients
1 spaghetti squash2 cloves garlic, minced1 onion, diced1 package morningstar farms veggie crumbles1 jar tomato sauce2 roma tomatoes diced2 tb italian seasonings
Directions
Makes 10-15 1-cup servings depending on the size of the squash, makes great leftovers!

cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, remove all seeds, place upside down and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until soft.
while its baking mix together all remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
When squash is done remove from oven and scrape out squash while keeping the shape of the squash shell, add removed squash to bowl with the remaing ingredients, mix together well. Place all ingredients in the squash shell, cover with foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
remove and serve with heated sauce on the side.
