Spinach & Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf

Ingredients
16 oz groud turkey8 oz lean ground beef1 cup spinach cooked & drained well (squeeze it!)3 ounces fat free cream cheese6 tbsp parmesan cheese1 cup low fat chedder cheese, shredded or diced1 cup bread crumbs1 egg - lightly beaten2 tbs ketchup1 cup finely chopped celery2 tbs Worstishershire Sauce
Directions
This makes 10 servings / slices......Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Soften the cream cheese, mix with other cheeses and spinach, set aside.
Mix in another bowl all other ingredients. Form into a loaf shape using 2/3 of meat mixture. Form a "ditch" in the middle of loaf. Add in cheese/spinach mixture. Top/seal off with remaing meat mixture.
Cook 50 minutes or until done.
Optional: add small amount of ketchup to top of loaf.
Just 270 calories per slice!
Also tastes great stuffed with broccoli instead!
