SausageChicken breastGumbo vegetablesCanned tomatoesChicken brothFlourButter
Directions
Crumble & brown 1 lb sausage. Meanwhile, melt butter in a Dutch oven or large soup pot. Whisk in flour and cook until brown. Whisk in 2 cans broth & heat until boiling. Flake canned chicken into pot (no need to drain). Add sausage and rest of ingredients. Simmer until veggies are tender, about a half hour. Add salt & pepper to taste.
