Sausage Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs Hot Italian Sausage 1 cup ea. dry Lentils and Split Peas1 T. Mexican style chile powder 1 T. ground cumin1 large onion - chopped 2 cloves chopped garlic1/2 t. salt 1/2 t. freshly ground pepper 1/4 t. cayenne pepper 3 cans Black Beans (drained)1 can Navy Beans (smashed) 1 can Black Beans (smashed)1 large can diced tomatoes 1 can diced Fire Roasted tomatoes1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 small can green chilesAbout 2 qts. chicken broth
Directions
Crumble and cook sausage with onions and garlic. Add seasonings, lentils and split peas. Cook for 3 minutes longer. Add all other ingredients except Quinoa. Bring to a boil and then lower heat to simmer. Cook for 60 minutes. Add Quinoa and simmer for 20 minutes longer.
