Chicken and Peppers

Ingredients
2 tbsp. olive oil ( You can also use Pam spray or any oil/butter to cook the chicken in.)3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks1 tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning1 tbsp. season salt1 red bell pepper, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped1 small to medium size red onion, chopped1 bottle La Choy Sweet and Sour SauceRed Pepper flakes, to taste
Directions
Cut chicken into one inh chunks and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning and season salt. Put Olive oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook in skillet until done. Set aside. Add peppers and onions to skillet. Cook until tendercrisp (4-5 min.) Add back chicken. Pour whole bottle of sweet and sour sauce onto chicken and peppers and stir well to coat. sprinkle some red pepper flakes to add a bit of spice if you like. Cover pan with lid and simmer on low-medium heat for about 10 min. or until veggies and chicken are tender. Great served over rice or pasta to soak up sauce!

Makes about 5 servings, divided evenly.

    Very tasty and not difficult at all to make. Had it over rice. Used fresh green peppers from the garden and left out the onion because of an allergy. - 10/5/10
