Whole Wheat Pasta - 8 oz dryReduced Sodium Turkey Bacon - 6 slicesPlain non-fat yogurt - 6 ozLight Mayonnaise - 1/2 cupRed Wine Vinegar - 1/3 cupRed Grapes - 2 cupsBroccoli Fresh - 1 cupStevia - 2 teaspoonsNot included in nutritional information, but also good with this recipe - red onions
Cook the whole wheat pasta, strain and set aside to cool. Cook the turkey bacon, dice, and set aside. Chop grapes and broccoli. Whish the Mayo, yogurt, red wine vinegar, and stevia. Add pasta, turkey bacon, grapes and broccoli and mix. Chill for 3 plus hours and enjoy!!
