Beef Mince topping for Haystacks

Ingredients
500g lean mince2 Tablespoons taco seasoning2 cups tomato pasta sauce.1-2 cups corn chips 1 cup lettuce shredded1 tomato finely diced1 carrot grated1 cup grated cheese4 teaspoons sour cream
Directions
Cook mince and when brown add 2 tablespoons taco seasoning and add one cup of tomato pasta sauce at a time, judging how running or thick you want it.
Place 1-2 cups corn chips on a plate and then top with the mince mixture.
This then can have shredded lettuce, finely diced tomato, grated carrot or any other vegetable you like on it, top with a small amount of grated cheese and a teaspoon sour cream.
