Tropical Chicken

Ingredients
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 1 pound Teriyaki marinade, 1/4 C. light soy sauce, 1 tbsp Honey, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Pineapple, fresh, .75 cup, diced Chop up the veggies, the pineapple, and the chicken. Mix together the sauces with the honey and olive oil. Mix together and broil until done. Watch carefully so that it doesn't get burnt. Sometimes I switch it over to bake to prevent this from happening. I serve it over brown rice.
