Ingredients
Ingredients:*Bel Gioioso Mascarpone Cheese, 16 tbsp (1 8oz container)Butter, unsalted, 2 tbspMrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp*Flour, white, .25 cup*Barilla Elbow Macaroni, 16 ozRomano Cheese, 1 oz (optional)
Directions
cook pasta till aldente- no salt in the water- drain

melt butter in pot stir in flour -on medium heat stir until cooked and paste forms.(about a min)
stir in cheeses and cook on medium (about 5min) until forms thick sauce
mix with pasta
