Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef1/3 cup finely chopped yellow onion2 cloves of garlic minced1 tbsp Franks Red Hot Sauce2 tsp worchestshire sauce0.5 tsp salt0.5 tsp ground black pepper3 large eggs0.5 cups fine ground bread crumbs
Directions
mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until large meatball is formed, then make 20 little meatballs. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve plain or in tomato sauce.
