Cyprus Village Salad

Ingredients
2 glasses cabbage, sliced2 glasses lettuce shredded1 glass rocket1 glass fresh coriander chopped1.5 glass spring onion chopped2 glasses cucumbers sliced2 large tomatoes sliced2 green peppers sliced1 glass olives5tbsp capers1 glass feta cheese0,5 glass olive oil2 lemon
Directions
Place the cabbage, lettuce, rocket, celery, coriander and onions is a big salad bowl and toss. Spread over the green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, capers and cheese. Before serving pour the olive oil and the lemon juice. Serves 6.
