Fiber One Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 cup Fiber One Cereal1 cup Whole Wheat Flour2/3 cup Brown Sugar1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt3/4 cup Chocolate Chips1 Egg1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1/4 cup Olive Oil1 cup Milk
Mix all of the dry ingredients, including chocolate chips in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.
Add wet to dry and mix until just blended.
Line muffin tins with paper cups and scoop mixture into cups.
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
