Sweet & Sour Red Cabbage

Ingredients
1/2 chopped onion1 granny Smith apple chopped1/2 head of red cabbage shredded1/2 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth3 packets of Truvia plus 1 tsp sugar1 TBLS olive oil2 TBLS Balsamic VinegarSalt and Pepper
Directions
Saute onion and apple in olive oil till soft. Add grated cabbage, sugar, Truvia, and chicken broth. Cook over med heat for 45 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Add vinegar salt and pepper to taste.
