Sweet Potato Soup

3 cups mashed sweet potato1/2 cup onion chopped2 1/2 cup chicken/vegetable broth1 cup raw baby carrots1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp turmeric1 tsp cumin1 tsp ginger1 tsp cinnamon
Heat oil in soup pan, sauté chopped onion and baby carrots. put part of the broth in with sautéed onions and carrots in a blender along with the spices, blend. Return to pot and add mashed sweet potatoes with the remainder of the broth and heat and whoila! Eat!
