Italian Quinoa/Chicken Meatloaf

Ingredients
*Quinoa, white, cooked, 1 cup(remove)*Al Fresco Sweet Apple Chicken Chicken Sausage, 1 serving(remove)*Chia seeds (1 Tbsp or 10 grams) dry seeds, 1 tbsp(remove)*Bob's Red Hill Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal, 1 tbsp(remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)*Basil, fresh, .5 cup(remove)Garlic, 6 tsp(remove)*Gorgonzola Cheese 1/4 cup/serv, 2 serving(remove)Honey, .33 tbsp(remove)
Directions
I premade the quinoa with the box instructions, added some honey, cumin and tumeric for flavor so I could use in recipes.
mixed 1 cup of that with the remainder of ingredients!
Mix all, in preheated oven-350 degrees, 20 minutes
then broil, 15 minutes.
Let cool 10 min to make it stick together
and yum yum.
Chia and Flax as eggs! (1 T of flax or chia to 3 T water=1 egg)
