- 1 basa fillet (avg 180g fillet)- 1.6g of olive oil spray- 1 gram black pepper- 1/8 cup flour- 1.5g lemon pepper
1. Place flour, lemon pepper and pepper in a freezer bag, shake to combine
2. Add fillet of basa, inflate bag and twist to seal
3. Toss til fillet covered evenly
4. Remove fillet and lightly spray both sides with the olive oil spray
5. Place on baking paper lined oven tray
6. Place in pre-heated oven at 230 degrees centigrade
7. bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden
