Ingredients
8 cups quick oatmeal2 cups bran2 cups wheat germ2 cups unsweetened coconut1/2 cup ground/whole almonds1/2 cup ground/whole pecans1 T cinnamon1/2 cup skim milk powder1/2 cup canola oil1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup maple syrup/honey/molasses (any combination)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients.
Measure wet ingredients and heat for 30 seconds in microwave.
Combine ingredients.

Bake at 350F for 1.5 hours (or until moisture is gone), stirring every 30 minutes.
