Spinach and artichoke dip with crab

artichoke hearts, 1 can, drained and chopped1 10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained1/2 cup light cream cheese1 cup nonfat sour cream1/2 onion, finely chopped2 garlic cloves, minced3 tbsp light mayo1/2 cup grated romano2 cans crab meat, drained1 12 oz package reduced fat italian shredded cheese blendblack pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Fold in crab last. Bake in a casserole dish for 30-45 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
