Ingredients
Quaker Yellow Corn Meal, 3/'4 cup Flour, white, 1.25 cup Granulated Sugar, .25 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Milk, 2%, 1 cup Vegetable Oil,1/4 cup 1 Egg, Large, Egg.Land's Best
Directions
Heat oven to 400. Grease 8 or 9 inch pan. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in the rest of the ingredients until just moistened. Bake at 20 to 25 min.

    This is our favorite recipe too. I made it today along with chili, and as usual it's so delicious and perfect with a wee bit of butter and honey. I actually had lowfat buttermilk on hand and used that and it was delicious that way too! - 2/6/16

    I haven't found a better recipe than this one from the box! I tweak it a little - part whole wheat flour and half the sugar, and it still comes out perfect. - 12/9/13
