cake:1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter1 1/4 cups nondairy milk1 ripe banana mashed1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour1 1/2 cups granulated sugar3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt3 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetfrosting:1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter1/3 cup cocoa powder unsweet1/2 cup nondairy milk2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar1/4 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon vanilla extract
preheat oven to 350
line 2 cupcake tins with paper liners
mix together pb, milk, banana, and vanilla
in a seperate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cocoa
add together and stir until combined
fill tins 2/3rds full
bake for 20 to 25 mins
cool 10 mins before frosting
frosting
cream pb and cocoa
add milk beat until smooth
add dry ingredients and mix until nice consistency
