Tofu Basil Dressing

Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, firm, whole package Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp Applesauce, unsweetened, 2 tbspDijon Mustard, .5 tsp Dried Onion Flakes, 1-2 tbspBasil, about 3/4 cup to 1 cup leaves Salt, .5 tsp
Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until really creamy and fluffy. I used a vitamix on about an 8 for maybe 1-2 minutes.
This makes roughly 2 cups so each serving is about 2 tbsp, making 16 servings. WOW! SO GOOD.
