Southwestern Pasta Toss

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Scallions, raw, 5 medium (4-1/8" long) Garlic, 3 cloves Serrano Peppers, 2 pepperBeans, pinto, 1.75 cup Beans, black, 1.75 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 cup Chili powder, 1 tspCumin seed, 1 tspDel Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup100% Whole Wheat Rotini, 6 cups, cooked
Directions
Cook pasta. While cooking, saute scallions, garlic & peppers in oil. Add rest of the ingredients and simmer. Mix pasta with bean mix. Garnish with cilantro, avocado (not in calorie count).
