Lentil Tacos

Ingredients
2 c. lentils, prepared according to packagepico de gallo (diced tomatoes, diced onion, minced garlic, lime juice, salt to taste)taco seasoning packsliced avocado10 flour tortillas
Directions
Cook the lentils according to the package. While they are cooking (about 25 minutes), make the pico de gallo by mixing into a bowl.
Drain the lentils and add them to a frying pan with taco seasoning and 3 tbsp. water. Cook them about 5-10 minutes over medium heat. Serve on tortillas with pico de gallo and a slice of avocado. Yum!
