Sweet and Crunch Tuna Curry Sandwich

Ingredients
1 can white albacore tuna in water3 tbsp. light mayo1 tsp. curry1 medium diced appleoptional salt and pepper4 slices whole wheat breadiceberg lettuce
Directions
Mix ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste. Finish with an iceberg lettuce leaf. (i like a dash of sea salt and cayenne.)
