1 1/2 .lbs lean Ground Beef2 slices of Bread, white2 Eggs1/4 cup Onion, chopped1/4 cup Milk 2%Salt & Pepper to taste1/4 Flour1/4 cup Olive Oil1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup1 sm. can Mushrooms2 cups Beef Broth
Mix together the ground beef, bread, eggs, onion, salt & pepper and milk. Form into 10 patties and coat with flour. Cook in olive oil until browned on both sides. Arrange in a 9x11 baking pan. Slowly combine beef broth with the cream of mushroom soup and canned mushrooms. Pour over salisbury patties. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
