Ken's Molasses Bran Muffin

Ingredients
1 cup flour1 1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 1/4 cups skim milk1/2 cup molasses1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp vegetable oil2 cups bran cereal1 cup raisins
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly grease 12 cup muffin pan.
2. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate medium bowl, mix together skim milk, molasses, egg, and vegetable oil. Mix in the bran cereal. Thoroughly stir in the flour mixture. Transfer to the prepared muffin pan.
4. Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
