Company Creamed Tuna

Ingredients
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion3 Tbsp butter3 Tbsp flour1/4 tsp salt1 1/4 cup milk, 1%1/2 cup low fat sour cream1 can tuna, drained3 Tbsp dry white wine2 Tbsp snipped parsley
Directions
Cook onions in butter till tender but not brown. Blend in flour, salt and dash of pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook quickly, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add tuna, sour cream, wine and parsley. Heat through. Serve on hot rice or spoon over hot buttered toast points. Serves 4-6.

    Very good! I ended up using light sour cream and substituted skim milk for the wine. Used a lighter, lowfat biscuit from SPARK but could imagine this would be very good over brown rice. - 10/26/14
