Sugar Free Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. cornstarch1/3 C Stevia1/2 tsp. salt3 Tbsp cocoa powder2 Cups milk, divided1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
In saucepan, heat 1 1/2 Cups milk. While milk is heating, mix dry ingredients well. Add other 1/2 cup milk to the dry ingredients; stir until smooth.

When milk in pan is hot, but before a skin forms, stir in the dampened dry ingredients. Stir constantly over heat until the mixture thickens and comes to a gentle boil (it should not boil vigorously). Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and serve either warm or cold.
