Hungarian Paprika Chicken

Ingredients
1.5 lbs Chicken breast cubed2 Tbs Olive oil2 Tbs good Hungarian Paprika1 medium onion chopped coarsely1 medium Red Bell Pepper chopped coarsely2 medium Green Bell peppers chopped coarsely2 cups chicken stock1-2 cups bisquick 1 cup skim milk to make biscuits
Directions
In a heated 8 quart sauce pan add olive oil and let heat. To this add paprika and let spice open up. After this add onion and saute' until clear. Then add chicken which had been cubed. Once this is coated with paste (may add small amount of stock to make paste), then add chopped peppers and remaining stock. Let cook down until chicken is done. While cooking make biscuits using skim milk and bisquick. Once chicken is done add sour cream to sauce and wisk, then spoon over top and let bake. Serve in bowels.
