Ingredients
4-6 oz chicken breasts1/4 cup real bacon bits1/2 cup Parmesan cheese1/4 cup Honey MustardHoney Mustard:2 Tbsp low fat mayo (25 cal per Tbsp)1/2 Tbsp prepared mustard1/2 tsp Dijon mustard1/2 Tbsp honey1 tsp lemon juice1/4 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Whisk together Honey Mustard ingredients in bowl.
3. Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
4.Slather honey mustard evenly over chicken.
5. Sprinkle with bacon bits, then cover with cheese.
6. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.
