Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 medium onion chopped1 large V8 spicy hot6 TBSP taco seasoning1 pack Hidden Valley ranch dressing-dry mix1 can of corn2 cans of chili beans
Directions
Brown ground beef and onion until beef is done. Add all the other ingredients into a deep pot/pasta/soup pot and simmer to blend flavors. Once the beef and onion are done add them to the big pot. Let simmer for a bit.

You can also serve this with low fat shredded cheese, fat free sour cream, chopped green onions, black olives and chips.
