3 mushroom chicken penne

Ingredients
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 12 ounces Canned Tomatoes, 2.5 cup Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)Garlic, 3 cloveShallots, 3 tbsp choppedShiitake Mushrooms, 4 mushroomsCremini musshrooms fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Oyster Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large Half and Half Cream, 4 tbsp *parmesan regiano 1 Tablespoon, 2 serving*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.4 tbsp Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 3 cup Salt and pepper to tasteDry basil or fresh (if want)
Directions
Put olive oil in skillet. Let heat up. Place chopped shallots onto hot oil, let turn golden, place chopped garlic and celery onto this. In the meantime poach the chicken breasts in salted water. To the skillet add the chopped skitake, oyster and cremini mushrooms and the can of whole tomates. Break down the tomatoes with a spoon. Add salt and pepper and basil as desired. Next after chicken has been poaching for 25minutes add it to the skillet and let simmer. Add the cream and let simmer. At the end grate fresh parmesan.
