Ingredients
# Almonds, 1 oz (24 whole kernels) (remove)# Milk, 1%, .5 cup (remove)# Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)# Banana, fresh, .5 cup, mashed (remove)# Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup (remove)# **Flax Seed, 1 tbsp (remove)# *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp (remove)# Raisins, .30 cup, packed (remove)# *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 2 cup (remove)# Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil margarine and 40% butter, .25 cup
Directions
mix all ingredients together. Let stand for about 5 minutes or until oats are soggy. Drop on cookie sheet and bake for 18-20 min at 350F

    Good for a 58 calorie cookie, but the first thing my kids asked was "Is this a healthy cookie?" Overall not bad, not close to original oatmeal cookies. I added some splenda to sweeten it up but still didn't have much flavor. I added some cinnamon and it helped but still a bit bland. - 3/25/10
