HAMMER Bars

Ingredients
Almonds, dry roasted, .5 cup Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), .5 cupRaisins, 1 cup, packed Coconut, .5 cupOats, 1 cup Sesame Seeds, .5 cup
Directions
Blend in a VitaMix: Half the raisins and the almonds and cashews. When well blended, add other half of raisins. in a dry blender, blend oats, coconut and sesame seeds. Put this into the Vita Mix and blend al together. Press into a pan and let sit for a few minutes. Cut into 12 bars.
