Omah's Turkey Chili with No Beans

1T Olive Oil1 Medium Onion, finely chopped2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped1 lb. Ground Turkey1 15 oz. can chopped Tomatoes1/2 t. salt1/2 t. black pepper2 C. water1T Worstershire Sauce3T Ancho Chili Powder1 t. cinnamon2 Dried Ancho or Pasillo Chilis2T Cilantro Sauce or fresh chopped cilantro
Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add chopped onions and garlic--cook until soft. Add the ground turkey, salt, and pepper. Cook until meat is done and then add canned tomatoes and 2 cans of water. Add worstershire sauce and throw the 2 dried peppers on top. Sprinkle chili powder and cinnamon powders over mixture. Allow to simmer covered at least 45-60 minutes. Remove the peppers and the stems with 2-3T. sauce and blend in blender. Stir the blended peppers back into chili pot. When done stir in Cilantro Sauce or sprinkle fresh cilantro over bowls of chili when serving.
