Ingredients
1 banana quartered (preferably with brown spots)3 Tablespoons Adams peanut butter1 Tablespoon Vanilla Protein powder1/3 Cup vanilla coconut milk1 or 2 tablespoons sugar free banana flavored syrup.5 teaspoon cinnamon8 whole ice cubes
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
