Lean Homemade Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb of lean ground beef1/3 cup of chopped celery (finely chopped)1/4 cup of italian bread crumbs1/4 cup of chopped onion1 egg
Directions
Mix ingredients using hands
Using hands mold into ball shapes
Cook @ 350 F for around 30 minutes, turning once
