2 1/2 cups hot water1/4 cup dry potato flakes1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup vegetable oil1/2 cup non-fat instant dry powdered milk1 Tbsp yeast3/4 Tbsp table salt2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
Combine hot water, potato flakes, sugar, oil and powdered milk. When tepid add yeast. Stir in wheat flour and salt. Add white flour enough to make a nice dough. Let rise until double, punch down and let rise again. Grease pans and sprinkle with corn meal. Form loaves and let rise again. Bake 375 for about 35 minutes
