Low Calorie Traditional Potato Salad

Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large, chopped *Potato, boiled, 5 medium, dicedCelery, raw, 1 cup, diced Dill Pickles, 1 cup, chopped or diced *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 5 tbsp Yellow Mustard, 1/4 cup Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Pickle juice
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and approximately 1/4 cup dill pickle juice (more or less as desired). Mix diced potatoes with chopped egg, celery, onion and pickles. Refrigerate for about 1 hour for best flavor.
