Baked tomatoes with tuna

2 meduim tomatoes30 grams toast bread25 grams chopped onion3 cloves of garlic crushed100grams zucchinichopped dild to tast80grams of tuna in water
Cut the tops off the tomatoes and hollow them out. Use a small mini processor to process the tomatoes fruit.
Place the bread in cold water. Steam onion, garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes then remover from heat.
Squeeze the water out of the bread and mix it with the tomato and tuna mixture. Fill the tomatoes and place the tops back on.
Bake them in a oven dish at 200-225oc for 12-15 minutes.
