Rice Krispies Cereal, 1 cup Sliced Almonds, 1 cupCraisins, 1 cup Coconut, sweetened or non-sweetened, 1 cup Shelled Sunflower Seeds, 1 cup Flax Seed, 1cupPeanut Butter, 1 1/3 cupLight Brown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked Light Corn Syrup, 1/2 cupHoney, 1/2-3/4 cup
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Melt karo syrup and brown sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir for one minute and remove from heat, add peanut butter and stir. Pour warm mixture over dry ingredients and coat thoroughly. Grease 9X13 pan and press mixture into pan. Cut rows 6x6 to make 36 bars. Enjoy!
