2 Tablespoons melted butter1 tablespoons heavy cream1 egg, lightly beaten1 tablespoon coconut flour1/2 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon unflavored protein powderDash salt
In a microwave safe cereal bowl, melt butter in microwave on high for 25-30 seconds. Whisk in the heavy cream, then the egg. Mix together the coconut flour, baking powder, protein powder & salt. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until the mixture looks creamy. Microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds or until done. Remove with a rubber spatula & cut in half with a serrated knife, making two round slices. This makes a spongy soft bread, perfect for toasting and sandwiches.
